Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes. Mix with the chopped vegetables. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season with salt, pepper and sugar (I always use liquid sweetener) and pour over the salad.
  2. Mix everything carefully and let it steep (preferably overnight). Do not serve too cold.
