Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes for 12-14 minutes. Drain and cut into pieces. Crush the mustard seeds in a mortar, then mix in a bowl with the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and mix everything carefully. Add the watercress, mix again briefly and serve.
