Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water. Meanwhile, cut the bacon into small cubes, fry them in a pan and keep warm in the oven.
  2. Cut the onion into thin slices and sweat in the bacon fat until translucent. Break the soft-boiled potatoes in half and pour the cream, bacon and onions over them.
  3. Finally, cover with a little chives, salt and serve hot!
