Cut the chicken into strips and fry in a pan until golden brown. Remove meat, keep warm.
Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel the onions, cut into rings. Briefly sauté both in the coated pan. Add the stock, bring to the boil, simmer the soup for approx. 15 minutes. Puree the soup finely, season with pepper, add strips of meat.
