Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Switch on the machine and set the SOUP program. Pour 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil into the blender jug. Add the diced potatoes and sweat for 10 minutes. Pour in the vegetable stock. Add the cream 5 minutes before the end.
Cut the sausages into slices and distribute them in the soup bowls. Pour in the soup, add a tablespoon of crème fraîche to the soup and serve.
