Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Cut the bacon and onions into small cubes and fry everything together. Fry the potato cubes in the bacon fat, season with paprika powder.
  2. Pour in the boiling meat stock, add the bay leaf and oregano. Salt and pepper the soup and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers thoroughly and cut into strips. Cut the sausages into small pieces. Add the paprika strips and pieces of sausage to the soup and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Stir the sweet cream into the potato soup, heat the soup and season again with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Finally, sprinkle everything with freshly chopped parsley.
