Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Also coarsely chop the soup greens. Everything doesn`t have to be so precise. Then put everything in a large saucepan with so much water that the vegetables are barely covered and cook in the vegetable stock until they are done. Then turn everything through a mill (Flotte Lotte).
  2. Season with salt and vegetable broth again and if necessary, if the soup is too thick, dilute with water. But it can be thick, at least that`s how I like it best. At the end cut the wieners into slices and add them.
  3. My tip: it tastes even better when it is warmed up again, so it is also good to prepare.
