Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Also coarsely chop the soup greens. Everything doesn`t have to be so precise. Then put everything in a large saucepan with so much water that the vegetables are barely covered and cook in the vegetable stock until they are done. Then turn everything through a mill (Flotte Lotte).
Season with salt and vegetable broth again and if necessary, if the soup is too thick, dilute with water. But it can be thick, at least that`s how I like it best. At the end cut the wieners into slices and add them.
My tip: it tastes even better when it is warmed up again, so it is also good to prepare.
