Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water and peel them. Chop the onion and garlic cloves and sauté them in a little oil in a pan.
  2. Wash the chard, cut into wide strips, add to the pan and let it collapse. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and add them to the pan. Season with salt, pepper and, if desired, with chilli.
