Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel them and cut them into thick slices.
  2. Dice the chicken breast and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Sear them in olive oil in a pan.
  3. Cut the peppers into strips. Dice and mix the onion and tomatoes. Finely chop the herbs and add them, season with paprika powder, salt and pepper. If you like it spicier, you can also add hot paprika or chilli.
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Layer the potato slices and chicken alternately in the pan. Put the pepper strips on top. Cover everything with the tomato sauce. Scatter grated cheese on top. Bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
  5. If you like it low in calories, you can leave out the cheese.
