Cut the potatoes into wedges, quartering is often enough (it depends on how thin you like them) and place in a large bowl. Add salt, paprika and garlic powder. Of course, you can also add other spices as you like, for example: chili powder, pepper, dried herbs, etc. Add as much parmesan as you like. Then pour so much oil over the potato wedges that they are well moistened and mix everything well. Now put the potatoes on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes. With the fork you can test whether the potato wedges are ready. When they`re done, they`re soft.
