Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into quarters or eighths, depending on their size, and leave to stand in the water for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a glass.
  3. Drain the water from the potatoes and marinate them with the oil and spice mixture. Place the potato wedges with the cut surfaces facing up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 25 minutes. Serve hot.
  4. For the cocktail sauce, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cognac and salt in a glass with a fork. Serve with the potatoes.
