Instructions

  1. For the marinade of the potatoes, first mix the spices with the oil and the pressed garlic in a large bowl (with a lid).
  2. Now peel and wash the potatoes. Then cut into wedges and place in the bowl with the marinade. Now put the lid on the bowl and shake well until all the cracks are well moistened. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the potatoes evenly on it.
  3. Bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for 25 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. In the meantime, cut the peppers into wedges and set aside. Then peel the skin off the chorizo and cut the sausage into slices.
  5. As soon as the 25 minutes are up, mix the pepper wedges and sausage slices into the potatoes on the baking tray. Finally, place in the oven for another 20-25 minutes until the desired degree of browning is achieved. In between, mix everything through again and again.
