Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly grate the raw potatoes. Roughly peel the zucchini and roughly grate along with the potatoes. Beat the eggs and add them. Mix in the flour and spices.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Put small heaps of about 1 tablespoon in the pan. Bake thalers for about 3 minutes on both sides.
  3. Herbal quark goes well with it. Or you can use the thalers as a side dish. For example with trout with salad.
