Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into small pieces. Boil both in a saucepan in salted water. Fry the meat.
When the potatoes are done, drain the water and add the mince. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of clear broth with 1 glass of water and add (depending on your taste, more or less broth can be used!). Stomp everything in the pot.
