Peel the potatoes and push a roulade needle lengthways through the raw potatoes. Cut the potatoes vertically into thin slices up to the roulade needle. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and brush the potatoes with herb butter, melted butter or garlic oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour (depends on the size of the potatoes).
