  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Peel the garlic, cut into slices, add cream, add spices and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

  4. Grease the mold with butter and lay the potatoes in layers.
  5. Pour cream over potatoes and place in a preheated oven. Bake potato gratin for 40 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, grate the cheese. After 40 minutes, sprinkle the casserole with cheese and send the potato gratin back into the oven for 5-10 minutes, increasing the temperature to 200 degrees, until golden brown. Sprinkle the finished potato gratin with herbs.
