- Peel and finely dice the potatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato cubes in it. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Chop the coriander. Crush the garlic cloves with salt into a paste.
- Remove the excess fat from the pan. Briefly sauté the coriander, garlic paste and pepper in the pan, add the potato cubes and mix everything together.
- Now put the potatoes in a bowl and season with the lemon juice. If necessary, season with a little salt and pepper.
- Serve cold with flatbread.
