Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the potatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato cubes in it. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Chop the coriander. Crush the garlic cloves with salt into a paste.
  3. Remove the excess fat from the pan. Briefly sauté the coriander, garlic paste and pepper in the pan, add the potato cubes and mix everything together.
  4. Now put the potatoes in a bowl and season with the lemon juice. If necessary, season with a little salt and pepper.
  5. Serve cold with flatbread.
