Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Heat a large non-stick pan with butter or oil and add the potato cubes. Season with broth, salt and pepper and cook on low or medium level for about 15 minutes with the lid on. Turn the potatoes every now and then and make sure that the potatoes don`t get too dark or burn.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the sausage into small cubes. Then wash the leek and cut into rings. When the potatoes are almost cooked, heat the pan high and add the sausage to the pan. Fry the potatoes and sausage well.
  3. When the sausage has a nice color, add the leek and cook over low heat until soft. The lid can be used again here. Finally stir and season with the spices.
  4. Arrange the potatoes on plates and serve with the sour cream.
