Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into thin sticks. Peel and finely dice the onions. Rinse the dill, pat dry, pluck the dill tips from the stalks and finely chop.
  2. Mix the sour cream with crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Mix in the dill, onions and radishes.
  3. Serve the dip with the jacket potatoes.
