Instructions

  1. Put the rice with the water and salt in a saucepan and simmer until the water is gone or until the rice is cooked through. Or, like me, prepare the rice in the Tupper rice cooker in the microwave (4 min. At 900 W and 5 min. At 600 W, then let stand for a moment).
  2. Cut the banana into 0.5 cm thick slices, place in a pan with the butter, heat or lightly brown, turn off the stove. Add honey. Put on an extra plate.
  3. Dice the onion and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
  4. First fry the onions, then the meat. Sprinkle the flour and curry over it, mix everything briefly and add the 250 ml water (it thickens a little). Add the stock cubes, cream, salt, pepper and the prepared bananas. Possibly boil down a bit.
  5. Serve with the rice.
  6. Tips: You can also use 125 ml of water and 400 ml of 90% coconut milk instead of 250 ml of water and 200 ml of cream. You can also add a few frozen peas, etc.
