Dice turkey meat (any other poultry is also suitable). Peel and slice shallot. Peel the garlic, cut into small pieces or press. Core the nectarines, first cut into wedges, then dice into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl and mix gently.
Put the yoghurt in a bowl, cut the chives into small rolls and stir in.
Now season the dressing with the spices according to your own preferences, pour over the salad and mix well.
A fresh baguette from the oven with herb butter is really good!
