Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in their skins for 25 minutes.
  2. Mix the quark and yoghurt with salt and pepper. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces, cut the spring onion into rings and stir both into the quark.
  3. Cut the chicken fillets into thin slices and season with oil and gyros spices. Cut the onion into small pieces. Fry the chicken gyros with the onions in a non-stick pan for 4 - 5 minutes, season with pepper.
  4. Rinse and peel potatoes. Serve everything.
