Instructions

  1. Clean and rinse the hearts, cut the onions into rings and fry both in the pan with a little oil. Salt and pepper.
  2. When the hearts are brown, deglaze with a little red wine and simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Then thicken the sauce with some processed cheese or cream cheese (approx. 2 tablespoon). This goes best with mashed potatoes.
