Instructions

  1. Clean the poultry liver and fry it pink in a little clarified butter.
  2. In the meantime, make a vinaigrette.
  3. Core the pomegranate. Arrange the lamb`s lettuce on the plates. Spread the pomegranate seeds on top. Place the liver on it and nap everything with the vinaigrette.
