Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water with oil for 10-12 minutes. Drain.
  2. Wash the fillet, pat dry and rub with salt and pepper. Heat clarified butter. Fry the meat briefly on both sides. Continue frying for about 8 minutes over low heat. Remove. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Stew in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Drain. Drain the mandarins and collect the juice. Dice cheese. Mix together mayonnaise, yoghurt, 3 tablespoon mandarin juice and curry. Cut the meat into slices. Mix the prepared ingredients. Season the salad to taste, cover and let stand for about 30 minutes.
