Season the meat with pepper and possibly salt (the raw ham is often quite salty), and cover each with a slice of ham.
Wash wild garlic leaves, pat dry, remove stems, finely chop the rest. Finely rub the peel of the organic lemon, add a few squirts of lemon juice and the wild garlic to the cream cheese and mix everything well.
Spread the cream cheese mixture in the middle of the ham, do not put too much on it so that nothing oozes out when rolled up. Fold the sides of the ham lengthways towards the middle, roll up the meat with the filling.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rolls over medium heat.
Let cool a little, cut diagonally in two and serve on finger food spoons.
