Rinse turkey breast fillets with cold water, pat dry and dice. Peel the garlic, chop it finely and mix it with the soy sauce, sugar and spices. Marinate the turkey breast cubes for 45 minutes.
Then take it out and let it drain. Put the cubes on skewers and grill under the grill for 10 to 15 minutes or fry in a pan with a little oil. Turn more often and brush with the marinade again and again.
For the peanut sauce, peel off the garlic and onions, dice and sauté in the hot oil until translucent. Add spices with lemon juice and fry while stirring. Remove from the stove. Puree the peanut kernels with water in a blender, then add to the spice mixture. Simmer until creamy while stirring. Finally stir in the soy sauce. Serve with the satay skewers.
