Instructions

  1. Boil the quinoa and season with salt (alternatively boil in vegetable stock). Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, chilli and garlic and fry. Put the salad on a plate. Cut the chicken, avocado, mushrooms and tomatoes into pieces and serve with the quinoa on the salad. Marinate with lime juice, salt and pepper.
