Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, whisk well. If it is too thick, dilute with milk or fruit juice. Have a full glass!
  2. You can also vary: instead of banana, sometimes melon. Fruit instead of vanilla yogurt.
  3. Important: eat a wholemeal toast or a slice of wholemeal bread with it. This supplies the body with carbohydrates. And: We feel the need to chew, especially in the morning. If there`s nothing to bite, let`s nibble faster!
