Instructions

  1. Grind the oatmeal into flour in a food processor or with a hand blender.
  2. Puree the banana and gradually add all the ingredients until a homogeneous dough is formed.
  3. Fry the pancakes in portions in a coated pan until golden brown.
  4. Garnish the finished pancakes with natural yoghurt, berries, chia seeds and sunflower seeds.
