Instructions

  1. First boil quinoa with 180 ml of water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add oatmeal and additional water as needed and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile prepare 2 bowls. To do this, pour the spelled and amaranth into the bowls as a base.
  4. Distribute the finished quinoa in the bowls. Then the yogurt comes on top. Finally, cut the banana into slices, cut the strawberries into small pieces and add and grate the apple on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
