Mix 100 g butter with 150 g honey and the two eggs until frothy. Fold in the flour, vanilla and baking powder. Put the dough in a greased springform pan.
Peel the apples, cut eighths, drizzle with the lemon juice and place on the dough.
Roughly chop the walnuts, briefly bring to the boil with the milk, the remaining butter and the remaining honey, season with cinnamon and, after having cooled down, distribute them on the apples.
Bake at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes on the lowest rail. Remove the springform pan and let cool on a rack.
