Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 40-45 minutes.
Pierce the cake with a wooden stick, then you know whether it`s done inside - if there is still dough on the stick, bake a little longer.
Turn the cake out of the mold and let it cool down. Then coat with melted chocolate or nut glaze and sprinkle with the roasted almonds.
Tip: If you double the amount, you can also bake it in a 28-inch springform pan.
