Instructions

  1. Dice the bacon, fry it and remove it from the pan. Dice the onions and garlic and sauté with the minced meat. Cut the vegetables into strips or slices, dice the potatoes. Fry everything except the peppers, add water and bring to the boil. Dissolve the stock cubes in it, season with paprika powder and caraway seeds. Cook the soup for about 10 minutes, add the paprika, cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, stir in the crème frâiche.
