Brush the ladyfingers with black currant jam and stick them together, then place in the mold and drizzle with coffee. Prepare the chocolate pudding, put it in the mold and let it cool (can be prepared the day before).
Whip the cream until stiff and pour onto the chocolate pudding. Bring the raspberries and juice to the boil briefly. Put the cooled raspberry mixture on the cream layer. Finished.
Tip: mixed berries can also be used instead of raspberries. It tastes really delicious!
