Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.
Peel and mash the garlic. Wash thawed prawns, pat dry and fry in heated oil with garlic.
Add thawed spinach and sauté. Pour in the cream, stock and white wine, bring to the boil and cook covered for approx. 5 minutes. Thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener and season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Mix the sauce and pasta, arrange on plates and serve.
