Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut one half into cubes, set the other half aside. The chili peppers lengthways
halve, core and chop as small as possible. Peel the ginger and cut into small cubes
cut and put in a mixing bowl together with the soy sauce, sugar and orange juice. Add the cucumber cubes, season with salt and pepper, with the
Puree the hand blender. Then mix the chilli peppers into the dressing.
Wash and spin dry the lettuce and place on a plate or glass plate
dish up. Rinse and drain the shrimp.
Halve the avocado, remove the stone. A few thin slices of the avocado
peel, set aside and drizzle with the juice of a squeezed lemon.
Cut the rest of the avocado into small pieces. Dice the 2nd half of the cucumber, chop the coriander and parsley and add everything to the pureed dressing. Possibly with salt
and pepper.
Stir in the prawns, spread the thin avocado slices around / on the salad and spread the dressing with the prawns on the salad.
