Heat the oil, fry the prawns for approx. 1 minute. Add the garlic. Salt and pepper. Squeeze half of the lemon and cut the other half into wedges to eat with it and set aside. Add the whiskey, lemon juice and tomato paste. Fill up with 100 ml water and simmer briefly.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges as desired. Baguette goes well with it.
