Finely chop onion and fry in olive oil, add finely chopped anchovy fillets and fry until the anchovy fillets have disintegrated. Pour on the wine and let it boil until the wine has evaporated.
Add the tomato paste, peeled tomatoes and Sambal Oelek, pour the fish stock or chicken stock and simmer for about 30 minutes (without the lid). Finely chop the garlic and parsley and add them to the tomato sauce at the same time as the prawns. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes (with the lid on). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
You can also stew some of the garlic with the onions and the anchovy fillets!
