Coarsely grate the potatoes. Mix with the egg, salt, pepper and the flour. Heat some oil in a pan and add small heaps of the potato mixture to the pan. Fry until golden on both sides.
In the meantime, prepare the prawn tails in another pan according to the instructions on the packet. Then put a dollop of quark on each potato cookie and put a prawn tail on top. Possibly fix with a toothpick.
