Peel the prawns or marinate with the skin in oil, opened garlic, sliced lemon peel and coarsely chopped thyme. Later fry in a pan and cook. Season with salt and pepper.
Chop fresh and dried tomatoes, roughly dice the paprika and heat in a saucepan with the saffron, garlic, cayenne and olive oil. Season with salt and then roughly chop with a mixer.
