First briefly blanch the fresh spinach, then let the frozen spinach thaw.
Heat the oil in a pan and meanwhile cut the onion into small pieces. Roast the onion and ground cumin in the pan. Then add the garlic and ginger and fry briefly. Then add the remaining spices and roast nicely. Add the prawns, yoghurt, spinach and tomatoes. Just let it simmer a little, season to taste and then serve!
