- Mix some warm cream with real cocoa powder (no cocoa-sugar mixture), add egg yolks and sugar and beat until creamy.
- Soak gelatine in 2 tablespoons of cold water, then stir with 3 tablespoons of hot water and add.
- Beat the rest of the whipped cream with powdered sugar and then mix everything together. Put in the ice cream maker for about 50 minutes.
- The result is a very creamy ice cream, which has a similar consistency to bought ice cream and tastes much better than any bought ice cream.
