• 500 ml whipped cream
• 4 tablespoon powdered sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 6 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 5 teaspoons, leveled sugar
• 4 tablespoon gelatin

Instructions

1. Mix some warm cream with real cocoa powder (no cocoa-sugar mixture), add egg yolks and sugar and beat until creamy.
2. Soak gelatine in 2 tablespoons of cold water, then stir with 3 tablespoons of hot water and add.
3. Beat the rest of the whipped cream with powdered sugar and then mix everything together. Put in the ice cream maker for about 50 minutes.
4. The result is a very creamy ice cream, which has a similar consistency to bought ice cream and tastes much better than any bought ice cream.
