Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Clean the spring onions and cut into very thin rolls. Mix with the cream cheese and season with plenty of cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. The mass should look really pink. If you don`t like it that spicy, you can also use some noble sweet paprika powder. I still stir in a really small dash of cream so that the cheese is a little creamier and easier to process.
