Instructions

  1. Take the press bag out of the skin and prick it several times with a fork. Distribute on 4 plates. Mix white wine vinegar with salt and sugar until both have dissolved. Add pepper and oil and mix well. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Spread the marinade and onion rings on the press bag and let them steep until serving. Serve with 2 slices of bread each.
