Carefully peel the prickly pears (as they sometimes still have a few needles), puree and pass through a sieve that is not too close-meshed. So you can enjoy the delicious prickly pears without the hard kernels.
Mix the prickly pear puree with the yogurt, vanilla, lemon juice and coconut flakes. Cut the banana into pieces and fold in. Fill the yoghurt into 2 bowls and enjoy chilled.
