Instructions

  1. I got the recipe from a friend in Andalusia. Very easy and very quick.
  2. Put all ingredients in a tall container. Then dip a hand blender into the vessel, pull the device from the bottom up and first switch on the hand blender. After pulling the stick up three to four times, the aioli is ready. It is important that the hand blender is not switched on when it is immersed, otherwise the oil and milk will not combine.
