Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into fine strips and marinate with mustard, honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Peel the onions and clean the mushrooms. Cut both into small pieces.
  2. Fry the onions in a pan with oil until they turn a little brown, then add the mushrooms and fry for a while. Take out of the pan. If necessary, add a little oil and heat it in the pan. Add the meat and fry it until just about done. Also remove from the pan.
  3. Deglaze the roast with 100 ml water and add the coarsely diced processed cheese. Now add the onions and mushrooms to the pan again. As soon as the cheese has melted, add the meat and the remaining 100 ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon vinegar and herbs. Serve immediately.
  4. Noodles or rice go very well with this.
