Instructions

  1. Heat the prosecco until just before the boiling point. Hang in the mulled wine spice and let it steep.
  2. Meanwhile, squeeze oranges (sometimes blood oranges because of their beautiful color). Add the juice, sugar, elderflower syrup and Cointreau to the Prosecco, heat it - do not let it boil!
  3. If you get bored while heating it, you can now rub the edges of the glass with Cointreau and dip them in sugar, or hang orange slices decoratively on the edge.
  4. As with all recipes, the same applies here: Try the quantities yourself, so I made very intensive elderflower syrup, of which you only need very little.
