Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges with a knife and cut out the fillets. Divide into four glasses later.
  2. Put egg yolks, sugar, Prosecco and lemon zest in a bowl and beat in a hot water bath until it becomes creamy.
  3. Pour the cream into the glasses, cold or warm. Decorate with mint.
  4. Good Appetite!
